We encourage enquires and bookings via email, so we can forward on the relevant registration documentation, confirm your booking and the price. The Customer Registration Form form MUST be completed prior to your dog being allowed in the kennels
Returning customers who have already completed the Customer Registration documentation do not need to repeat this process, however, they are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their contact information, up to date vaccination details and changes to the specific needs of your dog.
The Customer Registration Form (that includes the Veterinarian Release Authorisation) should be completed and returned to us electronically at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled checkin date in order to speed up the drop-off process. If this is not possible, we recommend that you allow up to 15 mins to complete the check-in procedure on your arrival day.
