Making a Booking & Important Customer Information

We are committed to being completely transparent in our services, prices and how we operate our business.

Please download and review the documentation listed on this page prior to making a booking as its really important that you understand our booking process, the terms of our business and policies around data protection.

In accordance with stringent Government legislation,  we are not able to accept your dog for boarding without the completion of Customer Registration Form (which contains the Veterinary Release Authorisation) and our Terms and Conditions of Business.

We encourage enquires and bookings via email to; – so that we can forward on our Customer Registration Form and our Terms and Conditions of Business. Where possible, the completed customer registration documentation should be returned to us electronically prior to your dogs arrival. However, we appreciate that in some instances this may not be possible or you may not have access to a computer or printer. If this is the case, you will need to complete the registration documentation when you check your dog in, which may take up up to15 minutes, so please allow sufficient time to do this.

It is absolutely critical that a vaccination or a TITRE Certificate is presented when checking in your dog. If proof of ALL vaccines are not shown on arrival, we will NOT accept your pet for boarding, and you will be liable for full cost of your dogs stay. Returning customers who have already completed the Customer Registration documentation do not need to repeat this process, however, they are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their contact information, up to date vaccination details and changes to the specific needs of your dog.

Veterinary Release Authorisation

Your dog’s health and wellbeing is always our main priority. Usually, there is no need for veterinary care while you are away, but if your dog requires medical attention in your absence, the appropriate authorisation is required to get your dog the care it needs. Please notify your vet that you will be using our services and for your added peace of mind, we urge you to seek clarity regarding their policies about caring for your dog(s) while you are away.

You are responsible for paying all veterinarian fees and any expenses we may incur in getting your dog the medical attention it receives.

The Veterinary Release Authorisation is part of the Customer Registration Form and it’s particularly important that this policy is completely understood. You will be asked to confirm your understanding of this specific part of the Customer Registration Form with a signature verifying your acceptance.
