Overnight Boarding Prices and Supplements 

The cost for a single dog is £25 + VAT (the VAT inclusive rate is £30) per night.

The cost for subsequent dogs sharing the same kennel is £18 + VAT (the VAT inclusive rate is £21.60) per dog / per night – up to a maximum of three dogs regardless of the size and breed of dog.

All charges stated are for one night. Pets are charged for the day of their arrival and on the basis of an AM checkout on the date of collection.

Our opening times for drop off and collection are: Monday to Saturday – between 8am to 10am and 4pm to 6pm. Sunday’s – 10am to 12 noon. There is no late PM checkin/ checkout service on a Sunday. 

Collections between 4pm and 6pm on their scheduled checkout date is classed as an additional full day and will incur an additional overnight charge. Dogs arriving after or collected before the booked dates will still be charged the full price of the booked stay. We do not accept daycare bookings following an overnight stay on the scheduled collection date in order to extend a cheaper late afternoon collection.

We welcome booking enquiries across ALL communication channels (telephone, text, email, Facebook & WhatsApp etc) – but our preferred method of contact is by email, as this allows us to have an efficient audit trail of our dialogue PLUS we can provide relevant file attachment information such as registration forms and details of our Terms and Conditions of our business. In most cases you can expect to receive a response within 72 hours (three working days) from receipt of your email.

All price enquiry responses will quote both the base overnight rate and the total cost including VAT so you can budget accordingly.  

Winter Energy Supplement

During the months of November, December, January and February and March (and at other times of particularly cold weather) there is Winter Energy Supplement of 50p per dog per night as additional / increased energy is used to heat the kennels overnight and during the day.

Single Overnight Supplement 

All single (one night) overnight bookings where your dog will checkout the following morning, will incur a supplement charge of £5.00 per dog. For one overnight booking where the dog is collected during 4.00pm to 6.00pm the following day, this is classed as two days and the Single Overnight Supplement will not be charged.

Dogs that are collected before the pre-booked collection date, will be charged the full price of the original booked stay – regardless of reason for the early collection. The charge for the entire stay of the booking (minus any deposit payments) is to be paid in full on check-in.

Bank Holiday Overnight Supplements for 2025 

There will be a supplement charge of £8.00 per dog for all guests staying overnight on the following Public Holiday dates:

• Friday 18 April (Good Friday)
• Monday 21 April (Easter Monday)
• Monday 5 May (Early May Bank Holiday)
• Monday 26 May (Spring Bank Holiday)
• Monday 25 August (August Bank Holiday)

Easter Period – Sunday 20 April 2025 (Easter Sunday) is not classed as a UK Bank Holiday date, however, our our opening times are slightly reduced on this day and checkin / checkout is by specific prior arrangement. Guests boarding with us on this date will NOT be charged the Bank Holiday Supplement of £8.00

Please be advised that the business will be closed for the Christmas & New Year period from 6.00pm on Friday 19 December 2025 to 8.00am on Monday 5 January 2026 inclusive. We will not be accepting bookings for this period and there will be no dogs on site during this time. We will re-open for overnight boarding, daycare and dog grooming services on Monday 5 January 2026. 

Overnight Boarding – Deposit Payments & Cancellations

During busy periods of high demand (for example, but not exclusive to Easter, Summer, Christmas and Public Holidays) and at the discretion of the the owners, a  25% deposit may be required when making a booking. The balance payment will be due on check-in.

Cancellations made within 48hrs of the arrival day and / or no shows will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking. We do not hold any credit or “days owed” due to any form of cancellation.

We request that all cancellations are be made in writing and with a minimum of 30 days notice of the scheduled checkin date. Where deposit payments of have been paid and a booking has been cancelled giving more than 30 days’ notice, a full refund will be given.

If proof of all current vaccinations (new customers / or expired certificate from existing customers) is not shown on arrival, we are not able to accept your dog for boarding and your deposit will not be refunded and you are liable to pay the full cost of your dogs pre-booked stay.

Doggie Daycare Prices and Supplements 

£20 – (NO VAT charge) per dog up to a maximum of three dogs from the same pack family sharing the same kennel, regardless of the size and breed of dog. There is no multi dog / family discount for daycare boarding.

All charges are per day for a checkin between 8.00am and 10.00am and a checkout between 4.00pm and 6.00pm the same day – Monday to Saturday. There is no daycare service on a Sunday and or on any Public Bank Holiday (see above dates for reference).

There is an additional charge of £5.00 per dog for late collections out of these hours and only by prior arrangement up to 7.00pm. No collections are permitted after 7.00pm and pets not collected by this time will be charged a nightly rate plus an additional £20 surcharge.

Our daycare business is ran as separate financial entity to our overnight boarding business and there is no VAT charges. 

Daycare Payments & Cancellations
We appreciate that by its very nature, doggie daycare needs can change at the last minute resulting in your dog no longer needing to be boarded, however we still need you to give us as much advance notice as possible should you need to cancel or re-schedule your booking. Cancellations must be made in writing (email and or txt message is acceptable) within 5 clear days of the pre-booked date. Telephone call / voicemail messages are NOT acceptable. Cancellations made within 5 clear days of the pre-booked arrival date will incur the full charge of the £20 daycare fee. This fee will be added to your next booking / bill.

Where we can, we will offer options to swap this date within a reasonable time period (within the same week) to mitigate against any unnecessary charge, but kennel space is always subject to availability.

The charge for your dogs daycare is to be paid in full on checkout, however, for regular customers (a minimum of two daycare bookings per week / every month), weekly payment / direct debits / BACS transfer plans MAY be arranged (subject to approval).

If proof of current vaccinations (new customers / or expired certificate from existing customers) is not shown on arrival, we are not able to accept your dog for boarding and you are liable for the full daycare fee.

During busy periods of high demand such as school holiday periods, there may be a restriction of daycare availability and customers will be given as much advance notice of this as possible should we be unable to accommodate your dog.
