Overnight Boarding Prices and Supplements
£20 – per night per dog + £14.00 – per night for subsequent family dog members sharing the same kennel – up to a maximum of three dogs per kennel regardless of the size and breed of dog.
The charge for the entire stay of the booking (minus any deposit payments) is to be paid in full on checkin.
All charges stated are for one night. Pets are charged for the day of their arrival and on the basis of a checkout between 8am to 10am on their scheduled collection day or between 9am and 12 Noon if the collection is on a Sunday. Collections between 4pm and 6pm on their scheduled checkout date is classed as an additional full day and will incur an additional overnight charge. Dogs arriving after or collected before the booked dates will still be charged the full price of the booked stay. We do not accept daycare bookings following an overnight stay on the scheduled collection date in order to extend a cheaper late afternoon collection.
Winter Fuel Heating Supplement
During the months of December, January and February (and at other times of particularly cold weather) there is a 50p winter fuel heating supplement per dog per night as additional / increased heating is provided overnight.
Single Overnight Supplement
All one overnight bookings will incur a supplement charge of £5.00 per dog. For one overnight bookings where the dog is collected during 4.00pm to 6.00pm, this is classed as two days and the Single Overnight Supplement will not be charged.
Easter, Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Supplements
There will be a supplement charge of £5.00 per dog for all guests staying overnight on the following dates:
- Friday 2 April 2021 (Good Friday)
- Monday 5 April (Easter Monday)
- Friday 24 December (Christmas Eve)
- Saturday 25 December (Christmas Day)
- Sunday 26 December (Boxing Day)
- Friday 31 December (New Years Eve)
- Saturday 1 December (New Years Day)
Overnight Boarding – Deposit Payments & Cancellations
During busy periods of high demand (Easter, Summer, Christmas and Public Holidays) a 25% deposit may be required when making a booking. The balance payment will be due on checkin. We request that all cancellations are be made in writing and with a minimum of 30 days notice of the scheduled checkin date. Where deposit payments of have been paid and a booking has been cancelled giving more than 30 days’ notice, a full refund will be given.
If proof of all current vaccinations (new customers / or expired certificate from existing customers) is not shown on arrival, we are not able to accept your dog for boarding and your deposit will not be refunded and you are liable to pay the full cost of your dogs stay.
Doggie Daycare Prices and Supplements
£14 – per dog up to a maximum of three dogs from the same pack family sharing the same kennel, regardless of the size and breed of dog. There is no multi dog / family discount for daycare boarding.
All charges are per day for a checkin between 8.00am and 10.00am and a checkout between 4.00pm and 6.00pm the same day – Monday to Saturday. There is no daycare service on a Sunday and or on the Public Bank Holidays.
There is an additional charge of £5.00 per dog for late collections out of these hours and only by prior arrangement up to 7.00pm. No collections are permitted after 7.00pm and pets not collected by this time will be charged a nightly rate plus an additional £20 surcharge.
Daycare Payments & Cancellations
We appreciate that by its very nature, doggie daycare needs can change at the last minute resulting in your dog no longer needing to be boarded, however we still need you to give us as much advance notice as possible should you need to cancel or re-schedule your booking to enable us to re-sell the available space. We request that all cancellations are made in writing (txt or email). Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled daycare arrival date (regardless of reason) will incur a £7.00 charge that will be added to your next bill. Cancellations on the scheduled daycare arrival day will be charged at the full daycare rate of £14.00 – this fee will be added to your next booking / bill.
The charge for your dogs daycare is to be paid in full on checkout, however, for regular customers (a minimum of two daycare bookings per week / every month), weekly payment / direct debits / BACS transfer plans MAY be arranged (subject to approval).
If proof of current vaccinations (new customers / or expired certificate from existing customers) is not shown on arrival, we are not able to accept your dog for boarding and you are liable for the full daycare fee.
During busy periods of high demand (Easter, Summer, Christmas and Public Holidays) there may be a restriction of daycare availability and customers will be given as much advance notice of this as possible should we be unable to accommodate your dog.
